Data Deletion Instructions
How to completely remove your data and disconnect third-party apps.
AIChatReply (aichatreply.com) uses Facebook Login and Meta Graph APIs to provide omnichannel communication services. According to Facebook's policies and GDPR compliance, you have the absolute right to request the deletion of your user data.
You can remove your data by following either of the two methods below:
1Method 1: From Your AIChatReply Dashboard
To automatically delete your account and all associated data from our servers:
- Log in to your AIChatReply account.
- Navigate to Settings > Account.
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone and click on Delete My Account.
- Confirm the action. All your chat transcripts, connected pages, and personal data will be permanently wiped from our database.
2Method 2: Remove App via Facebook (Meta)
If you want to disconnect our app directly from your Facebook account and trigger a data deletion webhook:
- Go to your Facebook Account Settings & Privacy.
- Click on Settings.
- Navigate to Apps and Websites.
- Find AIChatReply in the list of active apps and click Remove.
- Confirm the removal. This will immediately revoke our access and send a signal to our servers to delete your Meta-associated data.
Manual Deletion Request
If you no longer have access to your account or face any issues with the automated methods, you can request manual data deletion. Send an email from your registered email address to:
